I used to see logouts or fatal failures occur periodically when attempting to read
certain HTML mail messages in my Inbox. I was never able to determine the root
cause, but the problem was specific to certain HTML messages.

Every time I tried to read one of those messages, SM would fail and I'd have to
re-login. Other HTML messages were fine, and I was not able to discover what it was
about certain HTML messages that caused this problem.
