You need some more space on the server ;)

You get the above error, because SquirrelMail try to copy the mail to
trash, before it delete it in the mailbox and because you have used
your quota on the server, SquirrelMail can't copy the mail.
Try to use "bypass trash" when you delete mails.

If your not sysadmin on the server, the only thing you can do, is to
contact the person who is.
