If there is a file <DocumentRoot>/squirrelmail/config/index.php, what
does

        lynx localhost/squirrelmail/config/index.php

If you have somewhere a file "info.php" (or something like that) with
the content

        <?php phpinfo() ?>

and you put it into some squirrelmail directory: what does

        lynx localhost/squirrelmail/info.php

(or some other subdir)?

So you can test if the directories are reachable,

---------------

By the way: which squirrelmail version have you installed?

Viele Gruesse!
Helmut
