As far as I know, there's no way to embed or customize the redirect page
other than modifying HTML in the function logout_error() in
"functions/display_messages.php".

Starting with 1.5.2 there's no need to tamper with
"functions/display_messages.php". Instead the file "error_logout.tpl" in
the template of your choice can be modified (typically
"default/error_logout.tpl").
