plugin should not have version number in directory name. It is not working
in your setup or you had to modify setup.php.

'macosx' server type and preset are used with EIMS or Apple Mail Server.
Latest MacOS X versions use Cyrus IMAP and you should use 'cyrus' preset.

Or at least change default folder prefix from 'INBOX/' to 'INBOX.'
