Show your config settings.  Confirm that you ran the configuration
script and selected D and chose Dovecot.  Show the output of
src/configtest.php  Correct the error that the bug report detected.

There is a forward button on the message list and a forward link on
the message view.  To forward mails automatically upon receipt,
configure your mail server with the appropriate software (LDA, not MUA
- not a SquirrelMail issues).
