Thanks, I've asked the user to check her computer. She's using Safari, though, not IE (she has a Mac). Given that I'm seeing three "compose" calls in the logs, the time between messages, and that the messages are identical, I don't think it's a user error (hitting Send three times, etc.). I've Googled and searched lists, but it's not an easy topic with unique keywords.
