Under "Options" it creates two things to choose from. There is "Message Filters" and "SPAM Filters". When I go to "SPAM Filters" it said to set "SpamFilters_YourHop" variable which I did. Under "SPAM Filters" it lets you select from a long list, I chose "SPAMhaus Lists".
