Older accounts doesn't have that problem.

I'm not sure what do you mean.
But all files and data directory has: 755 www:www (apache user)
Also exists file eg. email@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
so I don't really understand why SQ needs email@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Is it temporary file?
