You should be more specific.  There were issues in the past with a
broken SpamAssassin assumption, but I know of no such problems with SM
itself.  SM also offers you the ability to leave out the sender's IP
address from the mail headers, although there are some good reasons
you might want to think twice about doing that.

There is a reply-to field in the SM interface.  You can simply make
sure all your users have a reply-to value in their SM prefs (write a
script or use the forced preferences plugin or a modified version of
the verify reply-to plugin)

I don't understand this part.  Ohhhhh... Are you using a SMTP server
on a dyndns?  If so, then this problem is unrelated to SM -- you need
to find an SMTP server somewhere else (as you seem to be indicating).

I'd encourage you to find another SMTP server, but if this is not an
option, it seems like just forcing the reply-to field in SM should
help solve that issue.
