I guess it can be done by storing cookies with the credentials locally,
not expiring when the session ends. However, this is currently not
supported by SquirrelMail, and such a feature could be considered a
security risk. If any user would want to walk down that path, it would
have to be done in the browser, like Jonathan suggested.
