It is *becoming* possible... but someone has to write a template set for the intended output environment. Is it WML? CHTML? Something else? Each of these has its own requirements and limitations, so while the new SM (still under fairly heavy development) is fairly capable of handling those environments, there are no production skins/template sets ready at this time.
