Which spam filter can I use and howto?

Environment:

FC5
Squirelmail 1.4.9a
sendmail 8.13.8
dovecot 1.0
not using any DB

I recently installed squirrelmail 1.4.9a and everything seems to be working fine (except that sending messages tend to be slow -that is a different problem I have to pursue later)
.
At the moment I need advice on which spam filters to install - maybe how to do it too.

Currently I have about 20 users in my server. In the two weeks of setting up the server everybody has consistently complained about spam.

I do not run any DB (I do not intend to do so except somebody strongly advice me to)
Which spam filters (plug-in, other non SM packages) can I easily install to fix this spam problem? (Bearing in mind my current setup)

In a nutshell, I would like something I can install on the server that I can configure for every user and based on the configuration, mails are automatically move to the users spam folders without deleting them.

Any recommendation will be appreciated as always.

Erik
