The easiest way is to modify the content in the help/ directory. Just make
sure that you don't remove your changes when you upgrade SquirrelMail or
the translations.

As a side note, I suggest you upgrade to SquirrelMail 1.4.9a. The 1.4.9a
release contains multiple fixes for cross site scripting issues triggered
by Internet Explorer.
