Squirrelmail 1.4.5 is out of date. You should upgrade to the latest stable (which at the time of this writing is 1.4.9a). 2. Check your IMAP logs, and see why your IMAP server is dropping the connection. This doesn't appear to be a SquirrelMail issue.
