I face the following problem: I use SquirrelMail as my webmail.
Every time I attempt to save a mail while its attachement contains a filename written with greek characters, the filename is appeared as i.e. %D0%F1%EF%E5%EE%E5%E1%E3%E3%E5%EB%F4%E9%EA%FC %C4%E5%EB%F4%DF%EF%F5 %D4%FD%F0%EF%F5.doc, not the normal greek filename as it should.
I also use IE7, I wonder if this plays its part.
