Depends on your web server and OS.  Some systems have their web logs
in /var/log/httpd.  You can also view all PHP errors by changing your
php.ini error reporting settings -- see mailing list posting
guidelines for information on how to do that.  Also please review the
README file in the plugin for more details on troubleshooting before
posting.
