Vlogin allows you to designate specific settings for each domain or each user. So if you want to log in as a different user and have a certain SMTP server used when logged in as that user, read about how to create per-user settings and make sure to change the $smtpServerAddress and any other associated settings ($smtpPort, auth settings, etc) in the configuration for each user.
