Not really a SquirrelMail question.  Typically, you can log in to your
system, at least as long as you have root, and go to the maildir or
mailbox for that user and read to your heart's content by looking at
the file(s) therein.  If you want a nice interface like SM to do that,
you'd have to fuss with passwords or hack the source -- user spoofing
is not a supported feature in SM right now.
