Title: Message filtering

I use a virtual host with 1and1.com, so this is potentially a 2 part question:

1and1 has a serverside spam filter which moves messages marked as spam to a SPAM folder.

Is there a way to use the message filtering plugin to check for specific senders in this SPAM folder as well as INBOX?

Alterately, has anyone experience in setting up a serverside filter solution with a 1and1 mail server?

Thanks!!!
