You get zero sized file. Issue is caused by memory limits or invalid code.

Not a SquirrelMail issue.

Please compare GPL (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php)
and Nutsmail TOS (http://nutsmail.com/orders/terms_of_service.php). Then
take a look at your bible (Deuteronomy 5:19 - Neither shalt thou steal) or
copyright laws. If Nutsmail distributors place restrictions on end user,
they don't have the right to distribute SquirrelMail skins.
