Spam filtering should be a decision you make for your mail server
unrelated to SquirrelMail (which is just a mail reading client).  Once
you have made that decision, look through the SquirrelMail plugins for
a front-end that helps you manage user settings for the spam system
(but you might not even need that if you are happy with the
system-wide anti-spam settings provided by your selected anti-spam
solution).  Common choices are SpamAssassin, DSpam and the likes.
Please use an internet search engine to learn more about these
technologies, as this is not really the place for that conversation.
