Are you sure? $config_file_version is not SquirrelMail version. If you do use some SquirrelMail 1.2.x version, I strongly recommend upgrading to 1.4.8. You can turn on display of errors in php.ini, apache configuration or .htaccess files. (http://www.php.net/manual/en/configuration.php) change_sqlpass plugin depends on compatibility 2.0.4 plugin. Have you installed compatibility plugin?
