This is mostly not related to SquirrelMail, which is ONLY a mail
client.  We have no way to know what your mail server is, at least
unless you follow the posting guidelines, and even if we did, that's a
bit off topic for this list.

To back up your SquirrelMail settings, capture a copy of your data
directory, your SM config.php file and any plugin configuration files
you have installed.
