It is not an extension. BODY and TEXT keywords are part of IMAP4rev1

6.4.4.  SEARCH Command

Everywhere = TEXT, message headers and body.
Body = BODY, message body

Advanced 1.5.x search mode calls it "Header and Body" instead of
"Everywhere" used SquirrelMail 1.4.x search mode.
