Please upgrade your SquirrelMail version and check courier imapd MAXPERIP
setting. Default setting value is not suitable for webmail setups, because
all webmail connections are from same IP address.

Make sure that SquirrelMail server side sorting option
($allow_server_sort) is turned on.
