This is a task for your mail server software, not your mail reader. SM
only sees your messages when you're using it. If there were such
functionality you'd have to keep your browser open and logged into SM
24x7x365 ;)

There is a plugin that makes managing forwards on your mail server
possibly easier, providing your meet the mail server requirements --
