This is how I'm splicing the ACL from above.
ssl_bump splice bypass
acl DiscoverSNIHost at_step SslBump1
ssl_bump peek DiscoverSNIHost
acl DiscoverSNIHost at_step SslBump1
ssl_bump peek DiscoverSNIHost
