I have nothing to add to my previous response except that v4 is
receiving very few updates these days. That does not mean all the delay
pools bugs you have been suffering from are fixed in v5 or master/v6.

I do not know whether the latest summary there is still accurate, but I
know that the underlying code is (still) badly broken.
