Just checked cache.log and it was the same [Bug 5128] Typo error in /usr/share/squid/errors/es/ERR_FORWARDING_DENIED I reported last week in 5.0.6 and you patched. I had reported this to my packager friend and he sent me a supposedly fixed package, which I must have installed over my own manual edit of the error file. Guess he didn't really fix it, only the pinger permissions issue I had also reported to him.
