There is nothing special to configure for those to work. Some RTMP/RTSP clients support tunneling through HTTP proxies. Squid supports those in its role as the HTTP proxy, but you may need to identify and add the relevant port(s) to Squid's SSL_Ports and/or Safe_ports ACLs for their tunnels to be permitted.
