AFAICT, the values in the "Time" column are reported in seconds (with millisecond precision). Helper response times are measured with microsecond precision. Quality pull requests increasing reported precision are welcomed. See helper::packStatsInto() for a good starting point. The above applies to most (all?) helpers, including store_id.
