They do it every so often with similar results to this appearing out of nowhere. Can you figure out which one is missing? and/or what has changed with the ordering that *BSD require software to use with these headers in 11.2? PS. build issues with the experimental (Squid-5 currently) code should be brought up in squid-dev mailing list or bugzilla. Not here.
