Authentication feels orthogonal to outgoing IP usage in this context. I would treat them as two separate issues. What seems to be the primary difficulty in your attempts to make this work? For controlling the outgoing IP address, have you tried a combination of tcp_outgoing_address with, for example, a myportname ACL?
