This morning the server was updated.
I have  Centos 7 every moning it pushes the updates with yum.

This morning i got squid updated to :
Name        : squid
Arch        : x86_64
Epoch       : 7
Version     : 3.5.20
Release     : 10.el7

The side effect is :
2017/09/14 15:02:31 kid1| helperOpenServers: Starting 0/5 'basic_ncsa_auth' processes 2017/09/14 15:02:31 kid1| helperOpenServers: No 'basic_ncsa_auth' processes needed.

So Squid thinks 5 helpers are already running and no new ones are needed. Is that wrong?
