For some reason the Squid process answering a manager HTTP(S) request does not have the Digest authentication component registered. Your build options do not prohibit that component from existing, so it should be registered but that is still process dependent.
The parts of the log line which you omitted contain the information about which process that was reported by, what type of process it was and when the manager request happened.
