Hello,
Bypassed is non-intercepted right? The site worked fine when it was added to the bypass list.
Other .gov.co sites have the same issue, and I have to add them to bypass list for clients to be able to access them.

How can I do that? I recreated the Certs DB and no luck.
* Try the latest Squid-4, which can auto-download intermediate certificates. Is squid 4 stable for production?
