Good catch! Actually, the problem is even worse. The dstdom_regex will
match even notneodecksoftwarexcom.org IIRC.

Perhaps the configuration author meant to say dstdomain instead of
dstdom_regex? Are there any intentional regular expressions in
/var/squid/acl/whitelist.acl?
