The config should work - I noticed only that you're using "--with-gnutls", but that shouldn't be an issue. Try it out and let us know how that worked for you.

Is is possible to bend this config for squid 3.5.19?
My distro (Gentoo) doesn't offer v4 squid... Latest "testing" is
3.5.20.
I have no problem with compiling code,
the thing I am concerned of is maintaining system in as much
effortless way as possible,
that is why I want to avoid non-distro sw.
squid -v output is on the end of mail.
