Hey Bruno,

A bit late but I recompiled latest 3.5.19 squid RPMs for Fedora 23 x86_64 and it's available at:
http://ngtech.co.il/repo/fedora/23/x86_64/

I am planning to build 4.0.11 for Fedora 23 in the next weeks.
