squid cache peer issues

Hi

running on centos 6.7

3.5.12 still not available on centos 6.

rpm -qa | grep squid
squid-helpers-3.5.11-1.el6.x86_64
squid-3.5.11-1.el6.x86_64

This is the 2 cache_peer statements I use

# on alcdmz1
