You can use ftp://ftp.squid-cache.org/pub/squid/ directory. The latest
two releases from each series are listed there in numerical order.
PS. note that v3 is no longer the latest Squid.
Also, if you are testing and/or want to follow the daily updates use the
URL labelled "Source rsync" which is provided on each series download
page.
