Being tracked as <http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1913>. But
not on the roadmap with any priority AFAIK.

My opinion (cant speak for anyone else on this);

It has some useful merit, but the bugs making the algorithm
non-compliant with RFC7234 have higher priority when I look at that area
of the code.
