Flipping through yoru devices User Guide I see it has Policy Routing features you can configure. But is very light on details so I cant help with exact config. However, if you can figure out how to implement these policies <http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Intercept/IptablesPolicyRoute#When_Squid_is_in_a_DMZ_between_the_router_and_Internet> using their controls you should be able to setup NAT on the Squid machine to do the rest that makes it work.
