Problem with squid3.3.8 on ubuntu and windows 8.1 store

Hi all,

Anyone knows why with squid3 as proxy, the windows store load contents fine, but when comes to download apps, it always saying, you have a slow connection? or just can not download.

Without squid as proxy, like connect directly to internet, it downloads fine.
