Ok I will try soon - this week I hope - , FYI I posted some useful (I guess ...) informations in bug report.
There are two separate bugs, only one concern the 100 % CPU http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4066#c9 and only with 3.5

About the original problem, you send to me a question http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4066#c6 and I answered here http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4066#c7
I guess the first problem can be resolved now, and for the second I found where the problem is (Comment 11) it seems not really complex.
