If you have more then 100 of them you should just verify that these are really a good solution. You can use an external_acl helper with long ttl cache and it would let you to update the regex or checks outside of squid. If you have these regex and you know you will not update them fast use some external_acl helper based only on domain name. If you can share these urls maybe there is a chance that I or others can suggest to you the right path.
