Subject: Squid 2.7 on Windows XP does not work

I have built Squid 2.7 STEABLE 9 with mingw on windows followed the instruction in wiki. After that, I ran command

squid -z

The CPU was occupied 100%.
Command

'squid'
and
'squid -k parse'

does not work, too.
