Yes, that right.

If yes, it would be a good idea to post the http-headers of the cached file.

You might also add
  ignore-reload ignore-private negative-ttl=0

I have add the setting, but no change.


What is your
"maximum_object_size_in_memory"

The default value: 512 kB

in squid.conf ?

In case, virusscanner is clamAV, it _might_ have/cause problems with large
files. So you should try another cached large file to download, just to
compare.

No clamAV. The Firewall use McAfee.
