Hi,

I also can't get custom timestamp working in 3.4.5.
I have configured:
logformat custom %{%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S}tl %6tr %>a %Ss/%03>Hs %<st %rm %ru
%[un %Sh/%<a %mt
cache_access_log /opt/squid-test/var/logs/access.log custom

And it still outputs the default timestamp format which is %Y/%m/%d:%H:%M:%S
%z.

I don't know if it worked in 3.4.4 but I'm sure it worked in squid 2.7.
